Update of Nimbus increased mineral resource of 12.1 million tonnes at 52 g/t silver, 0.2g/t gold and 0.9% zinc containing 20.2 million ounces of silver, 78,000oz of gold and 104,000 tonnes of zinc. This represents a 58% increase in silver, a 60% increase in zinc and a 66% increase in gold compared with the previous 2013 Mineral Resource Estimate Statement.

Released Mineral Resource upgrade for Nimbus and Coolgardie Projects. Nimbus increased to 2.8Mt @ 139g/t Ag-eq for 12.5Moz Ag-eq and contains 10.1Moz Ag, 34,000t Zn and Au-Hg-Cu-Pb credits. Another 10% increase in 8 weeks.
The Coolgardie and Boorara gold Resource in Measured, Indicated and Inferred categories increased by 50% to 297,000oz.

Further diamond drilling during November continues to intersect massive sulphides at Nimbus. XRF analyser confirms the high grade silver-zinc content of the samples.
A maiden JORC mineral resource statement for Tycho was announced - Indicated mineral resource estimate of 430,000 tonnes at 1.5 g/t giving 21,100 oz gold, and Inferred mineral resource estimate of 650,000 at 1.2 g/t for 25,500 oz gold, for a total estimate of 1,080,000 tonnes 1.3 g/t for 46,600 oz gold.
The resource represents the first stage review on mineralisation mainly within 65m of the surface outcropping of the Tycho Discovery deposit, however the deposit remains open at depth and along strike.

Drilling has commenced the A-Cap Open Pit gold mine in the floor of the pit. Current drilling from the MacPhersons Pit floor has intersected the A-Cap lodes showing coarse visible gold from the 150 to 300m depth below the A-Cap pit.

The stage 2 drilling at Tycho was completed with Every drillhole (54 diamond core holes) intersecting gold mineralisation and validating the continuity of the mineralisation model.

A binding Heads of Agreement was signed with Polymetals Mining Ltd, to acquire the 33km² Boorara gold and polymetallic project adjoining the Nimbus project area. This acquisition resulted in an immediate JORC gold resource inventory, along with four additional massive sulphide targets.

Deeper drilling at Tycho showed extensions to depths below 100m downhole with the potential to double the size of the mineralised zone.
MacPhersons Proceeds with Silver Mine and Mill Acquisition.
An initial review of historical data on the Nimbus project was completed, which identified a number of advanced exploration targets at Nimbus including a preliminary target of up to 6 million ounces of silver immediately adjacent to and beneath the existing Nimbus mine. In addition numerous silver-gold-zinc-copper-lead VHMS intersections were evident in historical drilling to support the identification of at least five massive sulphide drill targets.

Stage 2 drilling at the Tycho and MacPhersons gold projects advanced – with the discovery of A-Cap Reef Zone (HGZ), which was intersected for the first time in drilling beneath both the MacPherson and Powell open pits.
The Tycho gold deposit diamond drilling validated the geological model and confirmed the JORC resource outlines identified in December 2010, from historical drilling and also confirmed that the Tycho gold deposit is a greenfields discovery with no historical workings. Drilling continues to extend the outlines which are open at depth.

Near-term production opportunities were bolstered by the signing of a Heads of Agreement with Reed Resources Ltd, to acquire the Nimbus silver-gold-zinc-copper-lead project. As well as bringing additional advanced mineral exploration projects to the Company is also includes a fully permitted processing facility and the opportunity for the Company to manage its own processing requirements.

Diamond drilling commenced under the Bakers Find open pit gold mine with the Eight drillholes all intersecting target shear zones and validating new geological model with Shear zones stacked with at least 3 separate zones showing visible gold in drillcore intersections. The 51.5m zone is entirely mineralised and most samples exceeded 0.5 g/t gold. This zone remains open at depth.
Airborne geophysical surveys identify extensions to known structural hosts of mineralisation and new targets of interest in the Macphersons project area, and Regional geological mapping commenced.
