Nimbus–Boorara Silver-Gold-Zinc-Copper-Lead

The combined Nimbus–Boorara projects comprise of 40 sq km of continuous tenements highly prospective for Silver, Gold, Zinc, Copper and lead.

At Nimbus, mining in early 2004 and produced approximately 3.6 million ounces of silver from two open pits before ceasing operations in 2007. The processing plant was placed on care and maintenance in late 2007. There is base metal exploration upside and in-situ high-grade silver mineralization beneath the current pit floors.

The Boorara tenements cover historic gold mining sites of the Boorara, Crown Jewel, Cataract and North Golden Ridge mines.

The various gold prospects in the Boorara Project area are hosted by the Menzies Boorara Shear Zone in the Eastern Goldfields Province of the Archaean Yilgarn Craton of Western Australia. The Yilgarn Craton is one of the largest gold provinces in the world - the Golden Mile and Mount Charlotte gold deposits have produced 1% of the world’s total gold production.

Coolgardie Gold Projects

The project area represents a 7km continuous strike length along the MacPhersons Reward Mine line of workings. There are 8 historical open pits (deepest is only 40m), several shaft workings and various prospects/discoveries currently being explored. See Plan and section showing location of Major Projects (Macphersons Reward Gold Mine, Bakers Find/Franks Find, Tycho, and A-Cap; and other prospects such as Queensland South workings and numerous other old workings 2-3 km south of the MacPhersons Reward Gold Mine are other known sites for gold mineralization.
