Mr Ashok A Parekh

Mr Ashok Parekh is a chartered accountant, with over 34 years’ experience, who owns a large Accounting Practice in Kalgoorlie, which he has operated for 25 years. He was awarded the Centenary Medal in 2003 by the Governor General of Australia, and was recently awarded the Meritorious Service Award by the Institute of Chartered Accountants, the highest award granted by the institute in Australia.
Mr Parekh has over 25 years’ experience in providing advice to mining companies and service providers to the mining industry. He has spent many years negotiating with public listed companies and prospectors on mining deals which have resulted in new IPOs and the commencement of new gold mining operations. He has also been involved in the management of gold mining and milling companies in the Kalgoorlie region, and has been the Managing Director of some of these companies. He is well known in the West Australian mining industry and has a very successful background in the ownership of numerous businesses in the Goldfields.
Mr Parekh has also been an Executive Chairman of ASX-listed A1 Consolidated Gold Limited (ASX: AYC) since 2011.
Mr Jeffrey W Williams
BSc (Mining Eng), MBA, FAusIMM
Mr Jeffrey Williams has over 39 years’ industry experience with 16 years’ experience as a professional mining engineer in Australia and seven years in the stockbroking industry, and is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. His mining experience ranges from mine planning, underground management and feasibility studies through to mine development. From 1972 to 1984, he held various positions with CRA Limited at Broken Hill in New South Wales. Following completion of his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) programme in 1987, he played a major role as a Senior Project Engineer with North Limited. From 1989 to 1996, he specialised in gold mining research in the stock broking industry. Prior to establishing Nimbus Resources in 1997, he was the Head of Resources Research at James Capel Australia. Mr Williams was the Managing Director of Mineral Deposits Ltd for 15 years.
Mr Williams established Nimbus Resources (now Mineral Deposits Limited) in 1997, and acquired mineral sands assets from BHP-Billiton near Hawks Nest on the New South Wales coast in 1998. He has since secured the Sabodala gold and Grande Cote zircon projects in Senegal in West Africa, and commenced gold production in March 2009. The market capitalisation of Mineral Deposits Limited has increased from AUD$6 million in 2003 to over AUD$1000 million in 2011.
Mr Peter Rozenauers

Mr Peter Rozenauers is a Portfolio Manager with Orion Mine Finance and has over 25 years of experience in the natural resources and finance industry. He holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering (Hons I) from the UNSW, a Master of Applied Finance from the University of Technology Sydney and is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Prior to Orion, Mr Rozenauers was a Senior Investment Manager for Red Kite Group’s Mine Finance business. Before joining Red Kite in 2012, Mr Rozenauers was Managing Director and Head of Asian Commodities Distribution for Barclays Capital in Singapore, a leading commodity global investment bank. Mr Rozenauers has spent over 13 years working in a variety of senior banking roles in Singapore, New York and London.
Mr Stephen Hewitt-Dutton

Mr Stephen Hewitt-Dutton is a Chartered Accountant and is an Associate Director of Trident Capital. He holds a Bachelor of Business from Curtin University, is an affiliate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Senior Associate of FinSIA. He has over 17 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting and company secretarial matters.
Before joining Trident Capital, Mr Hewitt-Dutton was an Associate Director of Carmichael Corporate where he assisted clients by providing equity market, IPO and M&A advice and assistance. He has also held Financial Controller and Company Secretary positions for both public and private companies for more than 15 years.
Mr Andrew Pumphrey

Mr Andrew Pumphrey is a geologist and mine surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in the Western Australian mining industry. Andrew has been based in Kalgoorlie since 1989 operating a successful mineral exploration contracting business. He has applied his extensive field experience and geological knowledge to numerous gold and nickel projects throughout WA. Andrew has also been involved in private underground and open pit gold mining including processing operations. He previously held the role of Exploration Manager at MacPhersons Resources Ltd from January 2012 to August 2014.
